Joplin resident finds couple in his basement, man arrested with meth in his sock

Incident Spotlight

Resident came home to find back door kicked in and some of his possessions stacked on back porch. 

Resident confronted male and female in basement who ran. 

Police located the male, chased him on foot and deployed a taser to arrest him for the burglary. He also had meth in sock. 

Resident later called that the female was back in his house and he was chasing her. Police located and arrested her.
