Police Department arrests Joplin man on 23 warrants, including four felonies

Officers received information from another agency that Shawn E Thompson, 26, Joplin, was in a vehicle driving down Broadway. 

Officers located the vehicle and Thompson ran from the vehicle on foot and hid. He was arrested in the yards in the 200 Block of South Cox. 

Thompson was arrested on 23 outstanding warrants, 4 of which were felony:

7 JPD Warrants
10 Carthage Warrants
3 Newton County Warrants
1 Jasper County Warrant
2 Webb City Warrants
