UPDATE: Kenneth Clayton is no longer missing and is back with his guardians.
Kenneth Clayton, 21 years old, is severely physically and mentally handicapped. He was last seen today at the Joplin Police Department. He is described at 6 feet tall, 142 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone that sees him or has seen him please call 417-623-3131, or 911 if located.
