Investments, LLC. for a variance from Sec. 29A-603 (Height and Area
Regulations), of the Joplin City Code, more particularly described as: a
waiver of 5 feet from the required setback restriction of 25 feet for front
yards; and a waiver of 10 feet for rear yards in R-2 Districts.
