A Sarcoxie woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11 a.m. today on MO 39, two miles north of Mount Vernon.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Lisha R. Reynolds, 49, Sarcoxie, driving a 2017 Nissan Sentra, suffered a medical episode causing her vehicle to travel off the roadway and strike driveway and a ditch.
Reynolds was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
