According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Chevrolet Impala driven by Robert H. Morton, 80, Carl Junction, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a drainage ditch and a fence.
Morton was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
