According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Dodge Durango driven by Jerry L. Rowell, 50, Lamar, backed into the path of a 2000 Buick Regal driven by Jason R. Stahl, 49, Lamar, and was struck by it.
Stahl was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
