According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 International propane truck driven by Jeffrey D. Bullard, 57, Sheldon, ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and overturned.
Bullard was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
