Information sought on whereabouts of armed, dangerous former Neosho resident who skipped 2015 trial on forcible rape charge

Seven years ago today (Friday), Tomico Mims was arrested and charged by the Newton County Prosecutor's Office with forcible rape and felonious restraint. 

He failed to appear at trial in February of 2015 and warrants for his arrest have been pending since that time.
