Jasper woman seriously injured in head-on collision

A Jasper woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision 5:59 a.m. today on Route NN west of County Road 10 in Dade County.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Toyota Celica driven by Robin J. Smith, 41, Jasper, crossed the center line and struck a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Kevin M. Blair, 43, Webb City.

Smith was taken to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, with serious injuries.
