(From the Carthage R-9 School District)Mark Twain family, this afternoon it was reported to the office that there was a possible armed man walking westbound on Wiggins. We called the Carthage Police Department and went into lockdown.
The police department dispatched immediately, checked the area, and gave us the all clear.
