A Joplin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 10:55 a.m. today on Business Loop I-49 in Leawood.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet pickup driven by Dustin E. Shoemaker, 31, Joplin, was crossing Business Loop I-49 and was struck by 2018 Nissan SUV driven by Stephanie A. Womack, 49, Joplin.
Womack was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
