(From the Joplin Police Department)JPD is still attempting to ID/locate the individual pictured below who is known for his "deco" graffiti incidents in Joplin.
We understand the photos are not of the best quality but any help or lead in identifying this person would be greatly appreciated.
Also, any individuals, businesses or organizations who were also victimized we ask that you please reach out to us.
Any other video or evidence to help ID this person could help solve numerous vandalism incidents in Joplin.
