On 4/17/21, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Cherokee/Chippewa for a moving violation. The driver, Larz Gaither had a Felony warrant out of Arkansas for: Dangerous Drugs. Gaither was arrested for his warrant and transported to Newton County Jail where he was also booked on new charges.

On 4/16/21, Officer Housley made contact with Heather Slaughter at Big Daddy’s. Slaughter was known to have warrants. She had 2 FTA warrants out of Neosho for: No Insurance and Vehicle Registration. Slaughter was arrested on her warrants and then transported to Newton County Jail.***
On 4/16/21, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Hwy 43/Hwy 60 for a moving violation. The passenger, Jason Ellet had 4 Seneca FTA warrants for: No Insurance, Obstructing Police, Vehicle Registration and DWR. Ellet also had a Joplin FTA warrant for: DWR. Ellet was arrested on his warrants and transported to Newton County Jail.***
On 4/11/21, Officer Housley made a traffic stop at Mill/Bluff for a moving violation. The driver, Jerry Fitts Jr had a FTA warrant out of McDonald County for: Larceny. Fitts was arrested on his warrant and transported to Newton County Jail where he was also booked on new charges.***
