A Joplin man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 3:55 p.m. Monday on Route E, four miles south of Longview.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville driven by Opal A. Powers, 33, Rocky Comfort, crossed the center line and struck a 2011 Workhorse truck driven by Cory R. Cox, 49, Joplin, head on.
Cox was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
