According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Toyota Tundra driven by Francisco Vasquez, 61, Joplin, failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2003 Honda Accord driven by Jace M. Burris, 24, Joplin.
Vasquez was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
