According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1993 Dodge pickup driven by Preston D. Farmer, 23, Stark City, crossed the center line and struck a 2012 Ford Fusion driven by a 17-year-old Southwest City girl.
Dr. Edwards at Freeman Neosho pronounced the girl dead at 1:19 a.m. today.
The fatality was the 33rd this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
