Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 11:10 a.m. Sunday on Route P and Eland Road, three miles south of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1990 Chevrolet mail carrier driven by Sheila M. Hampshire, 29, Joplin, turned into the path of a 2015 Ford F150 driven by Douglas W. Williams, 57, Battlefield.
Hampshire was treated for serious injuries and a passenger in the Williams vehicle, Diane L. Williams, 58, Battlefield, for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
