According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Honda Pilot driven by Jessica J. Walrath, 25, Lanagan, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a concrete culvert.
Walrath was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
