TRAFFIC ALERT: Lane Reductions on I-44/Route 43 Bridge in Joplin for Deck Repair June 12-16
Where: Westbound I-44/Missouri Route 43 (Main Street) bridge in Joplin at Exit 6
When: 7 p.m.-7 a.m., Monday-Friday, June 12-16
What: Contractor crews working to repair bridge deck/driving surface on westbound bridge
Traffic Impacts
Westbound bridge reduced to one lane at Exit 6
Speed limit reduced to 60 mph through the work zone
Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zones
No signed detour
Drivers should find alternate routes
Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
