A Webb City teenager was taken by helicoper to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City Friday night following a four-wheeler accident 9:37 p.m. five miles east of Nevada on Panama Road.
According to the Highway Patrol report, John Fleming, 14, on a 2005 Suzuki Eiger 4-wheeler, swerved to miss a dog and overturned.
The report says Fleming suffered serious injuries.
He was declared brain dead at 1:00am this morning.
