The Engineering Technology Department at Missouri Southern State University will offer a Root Cause Analysis workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, in the Ummel Technology Building.
The four-hour workshop will focus on understanding and fixing problems. Participants will learn two tools that can be used to find root causes of problems; a straightforward, step-by-step process which focuses on relevant changes that help to find causes of problems and to apply the cause-and-effect-diagram.
The cost is $125 per person, or $100 for three or more people attending from the same company.
