A Galena, Kansas man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:43 a.m. today on Junge Boulevard, three miles west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Lincoln LS driven by Gerald H. Goodman, 23, Galena, Kansas, went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Goodman was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
