Carthage, Jasper, Lamar residents injured in crash near Halltown

Four people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 12:45 a.m. today on Old Highway 266, three miles west of Halltown.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Jeep Liberty driven by James B. Brockman, 21, Jasper, ran off the roadway and overturned.

Brockman and three passengers, Willy Coffey, 44, Lamar, Jason Melbourne, 46, Lamar, and Rory P. Sheriman, 23, Carthage, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
