The Highway Patrol arrested a Joplin teen on a pair of drug charges during a stop 6:17 p.m. Thursday in Bates County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Maribel Mireles, 19, Joplin, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
