The Crowder Silver Follies upcoming theatre production titled “Making Waves” will be presented August 11-13 at the Elsie Plaster Community Center on the Crowder College Campus in Neosho. The show will be held at 7pm nightly, Friday & Saturday, and 2pm Sunday, August 13. Admission is $5 for anyone over the age of 12.
This is the 29th annual production of the Silver Follies. The Silver Follies began as a community service project of the college. Senior citizens age 55 plus are invited to participate in the group.
“We sing, we dance, we tell jokes, we do skits, and we will surprise you in our abilities to prove that “we ain’t dead yet”,” stated Linda Rasmussen, Director. She became involved 10 years ago after attending her first show in 2000.
