A Joplin woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 1 p.m. today on Joplin Street, two miles south of Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 GMC Sierra driven by Edna K. Willoughby, 46, Joplin, was waiting to make a left turn and was struck from behind by a 2011 Dodge Journey driven by Stephen D. Walker, 29, Carl Junction.
Willoughby was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
