A Carl Junction man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:30 a.m. today on Central City Road, two miles west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Chevrolet S10 pickup driven by Tod E. Seiber, 43, Carl Junction, struck a deer in the roadway.
Seiber was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
