On Wednesday, 1/31/2018, Newton County Detectives and members of the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team conducted a search warrant at 618 Joplin Street in Neosho.
Over the course of the search multiple items were found and seized, including over 216 grams of methamphetamine, a loaded pistol and $4,357 in cash.
The following people were arrested and charged:
●Cherie Lynn Copeland - Trafficking Drugs 1st Degree & Unlawful Use of a Weapon - $100,000 Surety Bond
●Danny James Devore - Trafficking Drugs 1st Degree & Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - $100,000 Surety Bond
●John Edward Peery Jr. - Trafficking Drugs 1st Degree - $50,000 Surety Bond
●Amanda Leann Perry - Trafficking Drugs 1st Degree - $50,000 Surety Bond
