A Carthage woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 12:35 p.m. Sunday on MO 96, six miles east of Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Toyota Yaris driven by Carolyn L. Hollingshead, 36, Carthage, left the roadway and struck a culvert.
Hollingshead was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
