Portion of County Road 215 in Oronogo to be closed next week

(From the Oronogo Police Department)

Area residents may be required to detour from their regularly traveled roadway for a couple of days while infrastructure upgrades are being conducted in Oronogo.

County Road 215 at South Greystone Square will be closed while public works crews replace the smaller culverts with larger concrete culverts to help alleviate area flooding.

Travelers affected will be those that take County Road 215 from Ivy Road to any location north of South Greystone Square or the southern edge of the Greystone Subdivision.

For those affected, travelers' detour signs will be in place toward Highway 96.

The work is expected to start on Monday, June 18th, 2018, at about 7 a.m. and last between 7 and 10 days, depending on weather and other non-controllable factors. We appreciate everyone’s patience while this work is being conducted.
