A Washburn man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:20 p.m. Monday on Sugar Creek Road, four miles east of Powell.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Kodiak Yamaha ATV driven by Kevin M. Haley, 39, Washburn, traveled off the roadway and overturned.
Haley was airlifted for Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, to be treated for serious injuries.
