A Webb City man was charged with driving while intoxicated (drugs) following a one-vehicle accident 12:27 p.m. Tuesday on Gene Hatfield Drive, one mile west of Webb City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Honda motorcycle driven by Ryan Z. Pippin, 21, Webb City, ran off the roadway and overturned, ejecting Pippin.
Pippin, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for possession of xanax.
