Incident Spotlight
Yesterday at 5:16 p.m. one of our officers discovered a stolen vehicle from Carthage leaving a motel on south Range Line.
A felony car stop was conducted at Kum N Go at 1503 S. Range Line.
The female driver, also from Carthage, was arrested for felony vehicle tampering. At the jail, she was found to have a homemade compartment in her bra that contained a variety of drugs and drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was towed to be returned to its owner.
