To make all Baxter Springs and surrounding area citizens aware, this vehicle was involved in an attempted theft this morning. Suspects have been identified but not located as of this time. Charges will be filed with the court.
If you see this vehicle in your neighborhood, please contact us immediately! Please inform dispatch of any information you obtain including directions of travel, suspect clothing and descriptions and a vehicle description and or vehicle license plate number and state are most helpful.
If at all possible, obtain photographs or videos of the vehicle and occupants as the citizen did this morning!
