A Bella Vista, Arkansas man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 12:15 p.m. today on MO 90 in Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1991 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Robert W. Collins, 48, Bella Vista, traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a road sign and overturned.
Collins, who was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, driving while revoked and no insurance.
