Webb City motorcyclist fleeing from deputies seriously injured in collision on 43

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash 7:11 p.m. Saturday on MO 43 in Seneca.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Gary L. Boyd, 59, Webb City, driving a 2008 Honda Goldwing motorcycle, was fleeing from deputies and attempted to pass a 2011 GMC pickup truck driven by Gerine T. Uhrich, 51, Seneca, that had slowed to make a left turn and struck it on the driver's side.

Boyd was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin. Uhrich refused treatment at the scene for moderate injuries.

  1. Gary Boyd why aren't you thankful for life ? one man is dead because of your stupid stuff and your not grateful to have yours as he saved you that night that cost him his. Grow up and quit being a fool. I say this because he knows I'm correct in saying this.
