11/30/2018 Jacob L Miller 36 of Purcell, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.
11/30/2018 George E Skaggs 34 of Carl Junction, MO was arrested for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.
12/1/2018 Greg A Wininger 34 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Resisting a Lawful Detention or Arrest,
Possession of a Controlled Substance - Felony and unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
12/2/2018 David A Ross 41 of Reeds, MO was arrested for Making a False Report.
12/3/2018 Nathan M Ryan 40 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Exceeding
Posted Speed Limit (26 + over).
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
How do you find out how long a person will be in custody?
ReplyDeleteIf the person has been arrested and has not pleaded guilty or gone to trial, it depends on whether the judge grants bond, how much the bond is and if the accused has the ability to post bond.
