On 12/04/2018 The Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team and Carthage Police Department served a narcotics search warrant at 814 Water Street in Carthage Missouri.
In the garage on the west side of the residence a suspect was in a makeshift bedroom. Inside the residence four more suspects were located. ODET Detectives located several grams of suspected methamphetamine in the residence and a small amount in the garage.
Jacquelyn Maggard 24 years of age was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Kacy Dahl 35 was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Briana Bettis was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The three suspects above were taken to Jasper County Jail where charges are pending with the Prosecutor's Office.
There were two other suspects that were not charged at this time.
This warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation by ODET Detectives.
