Early Wednesday morning as part of an ongoing investigation; members of the Galena Police Department conducted a search warrant at 516 Washington Street.
During the search officers discovered and seized suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia.
Arrested at the scene were Trinity Hickman 23, and Dani Gandy 21, of Galena.

Both Hickman and Gandy were transported to the Cherokee County Jail and are being held on $17,000 bond. Charges are being submitted to the Cherokee County Attorney for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Use of a Weapon, and Possession with Intent to Distribute within 1000 feet of a Public School.
