Driver flees from JPD traffic stop, crashes into building setting it on fire

One of our officers made 3 Felony DWI arrests last night, including a driver who fled a traffic stop, crashed into a building at 731 S Joplin, and set the building on fire. He had to be transported to a burn unit.
