The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Bourbon County in southeastern Kansas...
  Northeastern Crawford County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 115 AM CDT Friday

* At 710 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain has already fallen.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flooding.

  Arcadia...                        Fulton...
  Redfield...                       Mapleton...

This advisory includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
Highway 31 at Little Osage River 5 miles west of Fulton.
