5/21/18 Michael Banks Jr., 47 of Joplin, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
5/21/18 Tylor Gaylor, 20 of Springfield, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice.
5/21/18 Justin Smith, 29 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
