A Diamond woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:30 a.m. today on Route V, three miles west of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Ashtyn R. McKenzie, 19, Diamond, went off the left edge of the roadway, returned to the roadway, overcorrected, went off the left side of the roadway, struck a ditch, a fence and a utility pole, then overturned.
McKenzie was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
