On June 8, 2018 at approximately 2:30 pm; Officers with the Galena Police Department along with the assistance of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at 1720 S. Wood Street in Galena, KS.
As part of an ongoing investigation, a warrant was requested by the Galena Police Department. During the search, suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located within the residence.
Tory Higinbotham age 42 and Laricia Higinbotham age 37 were both taken into custody and transported to the Cherokee County Jail. They are each being held on $12000.00 bond for Possession of Marijuana, Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia.
