Newton County Route A Bridge Over South Indian Creek CLOSED for Repair Beginning Jan. 22

Where: Route A bridge over South Indian Creek west of Stella in Newton County

When: 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, beginning Tuesday, Jan. 22 through Thursday, Feb. 14

What: MoDOT crews repairing bridge over South Indian Creek

Traffic Impacts:

-Route A CLOSED between Newton County Routes D and O during daytime hours

-Route A OPEN during overnight hours. No work planned Friday through Sunday

-Drivers will have access to entrances at either side of the work zone, but will not be able to travel across the bridge

-No signed detour. Drivers should find alternate route
