On January 17, 2019 at 2:09 p.m. members of the Joplin Police Department Special Investigations Unit and members of the Joplin Police Department Detective Division responded to 520 South St. Charles to serve a search warrant for narcotics.
Two adults were arrested at the residence and detectives seized approximately 20 grams of meth, 32 grams of marijuana, prescription pills and paraphernalia. A handgun was also seized from the residence.
Anna M. Malcom, 45, Joplin and Scott L. Malcom, 47, Joplin, were both arrested for delivery of a controlled substance and weapons violations.
