On 03-28-2019 the Barton County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a disturbance in the area of 879 SW 1st Ln in Barton County.
During the investigation it was found out that there was an allegation being made of a adult male who had sexual relations with a minor younger than the age of 14.
During the day on the 28th the Sheriff's Office conducted the investigation assisted by the Children's Center in Nevada.
At approximately 5:00 pm the Sheriff and Deputies returned to 879 SW 1st LN and arrested a subject at that residence.
At the conclusion of the investigation a probable cause statement was sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney Mike Smalley for criminal charges of Statutory Rape. On 3-29-2019 a warrant has been served to Trevor J. Marsolick, age 17, of Jasper on four counts of Statutory Rape. He has a bond amount of $100,000.00 cash or surety.

The Barton County Prosecuting Attorney's office has filed charges against Trevor J. Marsolick.
Marsolick, 17 years old, of Jasper, Missouri, is charged with four counts of statutory rape for incidents occurring between December 1, 2018 and March 28, 2019.
