Neosho Fire Department extinguishes fire at city dump, blaze appears to have been started deliberately

The city dump brush pile caught on fire. It’s unknown at this time who started it.

It caught some of the surrounding grassy area near the brush pile on fire. 

The Neosho Fire Department has extinguished it. The Neosho Public Works Department will have crew members work in shifts throughout the night to monitor it and make sure it doesn’t reignite.
