A Las Vegas, Nevada, was injured in a one-vehicle accident 9:45 a.m. today on I-44, seven miles west of Sarcoxie.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 GMC box truck driven by Enrique A. Fonseca, 72, Elmont, New York, ran off the right side of the roadway, struck a guard rail and overturned.
A passenger, Carlos Ibanez, 66, Las Vegas, was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
